Kitchen Team Member - Part Time
Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen | 1001 Enclave Boulevard

Join the energetic team at Clubhouse Sports Lounge, Edwardsville’s top destination for delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an exciting sports atmosphere. As a Line Cook, you will be essential in delivering our signature scratch-made dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and specifications to ensure quality and presentation.
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to portion control, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout your shift.
  • Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with the expo and front-of-house team to ensure accurate, timely orders.
  • Support the kitchen team during high-volume shifts, especially on game days and weekends.

Requirements

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but motivated candidates will be trained).
  • Passionate about food quality and consistency.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
