About the Role:
Halco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential building and remodeling projects. You’ll be the on-site leader ensuring that every project runs smoothly, meets our high standards, and exceeds client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily site operations and ensure work is completed to scope and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
• Implement site protection and dust containment to minimize client disruption.
• Maintain clear, documented communication with all stakeholders via Buildertrend, text, and email.
• Conduct daily logs with photos and updates on project progress.
• Manage change orders, gather pricing, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Submit and follow up on RFIs to resolve project questions.
• Coordinate inspections with city/town officials and ensure compliance.
• Perform quality control checks and support project closeouts.

What You Bring:
• Valid Construction Supervisor License (required)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to tow a trailer (DOT certification not required)
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish
