NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Senior Kitchen Manager - High Volume to join our dedicated team in Murfreesboro. This full-time, on-site position presents an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-energy kitchen in the thriving restaurant industry, where innovation and quality are at the forefront of everything we do.

In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that our culinary offerings exceed customer expectations and adhere to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing kitchen processes, and maintaining inventory standards, all while collaborating closely with front-of-house staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our vibrant company culture.

Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food production
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling stock levels
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen personnel
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to design and update menus
  • Monitor food cost and budgeting for kitchen operations
  • Implement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in high-volume settings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and food cost controls
