Job Summary:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. You will lead a team of skilled culinary professionals to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative menu items and streamline kitchen processes
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Mentor and train kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment
- Monitor and report on kitchen performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
