Kitchen Team Member

Are you passionate about preparing delicious food and providing exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and friendly environment? If so, we'd love to have you apply for a Kitchen Team Member position with Chick-fil-A West Wichita!

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a central role in ensuring guests receive delicious, properly prepared food in a clean and safe environment. It's essential that this individual is attentive to detail and places a high value on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable life experience that goes beyond preparing great food in a friendly environment.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations and their assignments
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
