In this role, you will prepare fresh, hot, high-quality biscuits using company recipes and procedures while maintaining the highest food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll play an important part in delivering a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities & Job Functions

Prepare Fresh Biscuits

  • Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
  • Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.
  • Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.
  • Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

  • Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
