Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
  • Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
  • Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
  • Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
  • Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces

What We Are Looking For:

  • No experience? No problem! We'll train the right candidate
  • Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
