We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Prep Cooks to help set the foundation for a smooth, high-quality kitchen operation from day one.

What You’ll Do

As a Prep Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll play a key role in preparing the ingredients and supporting the kitchen so every dish is ready to shine.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepping ingredients and maintaining organized, ready-to-go stations
  • Supporting the kitchen team across prep, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
  • Ensuring all food is handled safely and workstations remain clean and organized
  • Collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
