Now Hiring: Dishwasher/Busser

Schedule: 7AM to 3PM, Monday- Friday

We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher / Busser to join our dining team and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our residents. In this dual-role position, you will maintain kitchen sanitation by washing dishes, cookware, and equipment, while also assisting in the dining room by clearing tables, setting up for meal service, and keeping dining areas spotless. Key Responsibility of a Dishwasher/Server:

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize plates, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

• Scrape, wash, and store heavy cookware, pots, and pans.

• Promptly clear, wipe down, and reset dining room tables between resident meal shifts.

• Transport dirty dishes, trays, and carts efficiently from the dining area to the dish room.

• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining room sanitation, including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and restocking clean service items.

• Assist the culinary staff with basic setup and teardown for special resident events or daily meal services.

• Adhere to all food safety, infection control, and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications of a Dishwasher/Server:

• Prior experience as a dishwasher, busser, or dietary aide preferred, but willing to train reliable candidates.

• Ability to work standing up for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs.

• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Warm, respectful demeanor with patience and empathy toward senior residents.

• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset.
