Kitchen Deep Cleaning (probably once a quarter):

  • Exterior of all cooking equipment (oven, two fryers, grill and burners)
  • Exterior of all coolers, ice machine and dish machine
  • All prep tables and sinks
  • Walls and floor under, behind and around cooking equipment (which will require moving equipment)
  • Walls behind sinks, dish machine, dish drying rack and freezer
  • Entire kitchen floor and hallway floor into kitchen
  • Mop sink
