We are a growing kitchen and bath cabinetry company seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer for our Knoxville showroom.

This role is responsible for both design and closing sales for all showroom customers and incoming leads.

Success in this role comes from the ability to:

  • Design functional kitchen and bath layouts
  • Guide customers through product selection
  • Close sales and manage follow-up
  • Convert incoming leads into completed projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with showroom customers (limited walk-ins + scheduled appointments)
  • Design kitchen and bath layouts using design software
  • Create accurate quotes and proposals
  • Close sales from showroom traffic and incoming leads
  • Follow up on all active quotes and opportunities
  • Work incoming leads from our business development team
  • Maintain organized pipeline of active opportunities
  • Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and leads

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in kitchen/bath design, cabinetry, or interior design preferred
  • Strong ability to close sales (not just present designs)
  • Comfortable working in a low-traffic showroom environment
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple active customer opportunities
  • Basic computer skills (design software experience a plus)
