Experience and Education
  • Previous retail experience.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)
  • Provide all guests with OUTSTANDING Guest Service
  • Ensure all sales, cash, and operating discrepancies are reported in a timely manner
  • Work with entire staff to ensure they are scoring 100% on all branded Mystery Shops
  • Utilize suggested selling techniques with Guests
  • Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure compliance with applicable age restricted product regulations such as tobacco and alcohol
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Ensure cooler, store shelves, and displays are clean, fully stocked, and fronted
  • Notify the General Manager or leader of any maintenance problems

Physical Requirements
