Kitchen Supervisor

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficient service. You’ll manage kitchen staff, control inventory and costs, and collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards. This role reports to the Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the backbone of our hotel's culinary operations, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Your daily tasks will include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and managing kitchen inventory.
  • You will report to the Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
  • A career as a kitchen manager can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as executive chef, food and beverage director, or even owning and operating your own restaurant or catering company.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
