Job summary: Under the supervision of the head chef, the dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness of the dishes, equipment and work areas, and provides support to the kitchen team during meals. Responsibilities and tasks: Clean the dishes, equipment and work areas (floors, counters, garbage cans, etc.). Ensure the maintenance of the dishwasher, refrigerators and kitchen. Participate in the preparation of small side dishes (cutting vegetables, preparing oatmeal, toast, etc.). To assist the team during meals. It may happen that the dishwasher spends hours in the dining room during their shift, in order to provide assistance as needed. Respect hygiene and sanitation rules at all times. Requirements (Education and Experience): Experience in catering or a similar environment (an asset). Functional knowledge of spoken and written French. Skills and personal qualities: Sense of organization and speed of execution. Good ability to work in a team within a dynamic environment. Diligence, punctuality and autonomy. Standard working conditions: Probationary period of 6 months. Meals provided during the shift Free parking. Hourly : Every other weekend.
