Job Description:
Purpose: The Product Manager is responsible for managing a global Kinetico portfolio, by leading product portfolio value propositions, enhancing the customer and consumer experiences, and executing the category strategy.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a product roadmap using primary and secondary research, customer insights, and technical and product trends. Collaborates and aligns with cross functional teams including Executive Leadership, Sales, R&D, Engineering, Tech Support, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain. Leads assigned portfolio projects, business case development, strategy development, and timelines for both technical development and commercialization. Works closely with regional marketing teams to ensure the portfolio addresses the different regional needs. Monitors the competition to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and differentiated. Ensures products meet all regulations and compliance requirements. Reviews and prioritizes both customer and end-consumer feedback related to product performance. Identifies opportunities to improve product capabilities and elevate the customer experience.

  • Maintains effective processes in support of the 5Ps.
  • Executes development, commercialization, and pricing strategy across markets and segments.
  • Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines utilizing good project management skills.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Required: 2+ years' experience in product marketing with an emphasis on digital and connected type business models within a business-to-business company.
  • Leadership, business development, and marketing mindset.
  • Comprehensive and broad technical knowledge including networking methodology (servers, OTA, bandwidth constraints, security, BTE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Cellular, etc.), computing methodology (RAM, non-volatile memory, processing power, etc.) and digital solutions (web, app, dashboard, AI, etc)
  • Marketing capabilities include market (pricing, competitors, customers) and consumer (trends, insights, segmentation).
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative work style and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Able to prepare and present plans, proposals, and business cases to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • 25% travel both domestic and international
