Job Description Summary

The Senior Demand Planner leads development of Global Resonant's demand forecast and drives cross‑functional alignment through the S&OP process. This is a senior individual‑contributor role serving as a strategic partner to Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders—directly influencing executive decision‑making and building forecasting maturity across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end demand forecasting across product families, regions, and business units
  • Own forecast accuracy and bias performance, and drive continuous process improvement
  • Lead the monthly Demand Review as part of the S&OP cycle, presenting to VP‑level stakeholders
  • Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and lifecycle changes into forecast scenarios
  • Clearly articulate forecast risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs to executive audiences
  • Partner with Supply Planning and Operations to evaluate feasibility and capacity constraints
  • Align demand plans with Finance to support revenue forecasting and annual budgeting
  • Lead demand planning for NPI, phase‑in, and end‑of‑life products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Proven track record leading S&OP or IBP demand processes in a cross‑functional environment
  • Hands‑on experience with advanced planning systems (SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan)
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (biopharma, medical devices, chemicals)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority
