JD (Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant)
· Lead and participate in the design and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
· Assist in business process discovery and documentation, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
· Configure Rapid Response applications to meet client requirements.
· Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
· Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response updates and industry best practices.
· involve in supply chain planning business process and requirement discussions with the client.
· Work with the client in the design, development and testing of the supply chain implementation projects.
· Clearly understand client’s requirements and design apt solutions by considering the inbuilt as well as configurable capabilities of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
· Work with project team to understand and define project requirements, project plan and solution design.
· Provide estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements.
· Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manual and train users on the capability.
· Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design.
· Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure success of the project.
· Understand basic supply chain planning concepts focusing on Demand planning, Supply Planning and S&OP, and different issues involved in the supply chain management.
· Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
· Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
· Experience in managing the implementation of Kinaxis RR and coordinating different key stakeholders within same project.
· Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
