Mathnasium Learning Center Position

Across North America and around the world, Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. At Mathnasium of Eden Prairie, we're passionate about both our students and our employees!

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs, develop personalized learning plans, and monitor academic progress
  • Support enrollment growth by responding to leads, assisting consultations, and providing outstanding customer service to families
  • Lead, coach, and mentor instructors to maintain high instructional quality and a collaborative, team-focused culture
  • Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method (in-person and/or online) and master digital learning tools
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional learning environment while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks

  • Passion for math and inspiring kids, with strong math skills through at least Algebra I
  • Excellent communicator who builds rapport with students and families; customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Team player who cultivates teamwork and thrives balancing diverse responsibilities
