Job description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative, agile, and technically skilled In-House Social Media Content Creator to drive our organic social platforms and eliminate our current blind spot in static content design. In this role, you will be the primary maker behind our day-to-day organic social presence-translating our physical products, STEM kits, and brand identity into high-performing digital assets. You aren't just scrolling for trends; you are building them.


We need a creator who can sketch out an idea, storyboard a concept, adhere strictly to creative briefs, and use the Adobe Suite to bring ideas to life rapidly. This position focuses entirely on organic growth, storytelling, and high-quality static graphics, working collaboratively under the direct

guidance of the Creative Director.


Key Responsibilities

• Static Design Mastery: Own the conceptualization and graphic design of all static social media posts, carousels, and graphic assets, ensuring they are visually

stunning, on-brand, and highly engaging.

• Organic Video Production: Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit rapid-turn, high- quality short-form organic video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

• Concept to Execution: Think on the fly to capture cultural moments, sketching out quick storyboards or visual concepts to map out campaigns before hitting record or
