We’re on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Not an RBT: No worries if you're not already an RBT we provide paid, on-the-job training, so no prior certification is required. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
 Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
