Job description

RN - Clinic - Kidney Transplant

Our client, a medical center company, is looking for a RN - Clinic - Kidney Transplant for their Boston, MA location.

Responsibilities:
  • The transplant department is an ambulatory specialty clinic that coordinates care for pre- and post-transplant patients.
  • Responsibilities include patient screening, coordination of testing and appointments, education, medication management, multidisciplinary communication, and ongoing clinical follow-up.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of transplant coordinator experience preferred. Strong ambulatory nursing experience required. Experience coordinating pre- and post-transplant care, reviewing labs, patient education, triage, multidisciplinary coordination, and managing medically complex patients
  • Preferred Exp: Experience with kidney transplant population and Epic preferred. BLS Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
