Position Type: Part-Time

We're seeking a passionate, energetic, and engaging Kickboxing Group Fitness Instructor who can deliver high-energy classes while creating an atmosphere where members of every fitness level feel welcomed, challenged, and successful.

What You'll Do
  • Lead safe, fun, and high-energy kickboxing group fitness classes.
  • Coach proper technique, movement mechanics, and class flow.
  • Modify exercises for beginners while challenging experienced participants.
  • Create an engaging atmosphere that motivates members to return consistently.
  • Learn members' names and build meaningful relationships before and after class.
  • Encourage accountability, celebrate progress, and foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
  • Arrive prepared with music, class programming, and equipment ready before class begins.
  • Represent Fitometry with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience teaching kickboxing, boxing fitness, cardio kickboxing, or martial arts-based group fitness classes.
  • Can confidently coach participants of varying ages and fitness levels.
  • Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every class.
  • Has excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Creates an inclusive environment where every participant feels encouraged.
  • Is dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Thrives as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED Certification (required before employment)
  • Experience in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, martial arts, or combat fitness instruction
  • Previous experience teaching in a health club or boutique fitness environment
