Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Kia Parts Driver to join our Parts Department. The Parts Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and picking up automotive parts, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, and providing professional service to wholesale customers, vendors, and dealership departments. This position will also assist with stocking parts received through deliveries and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department.


Job Responsibilities


· Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers, repair facilities, and other designated locations.

· Pick up parts from vendors and suppliers as directed by the Parts Department.

· Verify parts, quantities, and delivery paperwork before leaving the dealership or vendor location.

· Load and secure parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.

· Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries and pickups.

· Obtain required signatures and maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation.

· Communicate delivery issues, incorrect parts, delays, or damaged merchandise promptly to the Parts Department.

· Assist with receiving and stocking parts from daily parts deliveries.

· Organize parts in their designated locations and help maintain accurate parts inventory.

· Assist Parts Department personnel with locating, moving, and organizing parts as needed.

· Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe Parts Department, including shelves, storage areas, counters, and delivery areas.

· Assist with keeping returned, special-order, and core parts properly identified and organized.

· Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership positively while interacting with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

 Kia Parts Driver 


· Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable safety procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or dealership management.



Qualifications


· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Previous automotive, parts, delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.

· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

· Ability to safely operate a dealership delivery vehicle and follow all applicable traffic laws.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliveries and tasks.

· Ability to work independently while also supporting the Parts Department team.



Physical Requirements


· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift parts and packages throughout the workday.

· Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts and other items as required.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a fast-paced automotive Parts Department and requires regular driving between the dealership, vendors, and wholesale customers. The position involves frequent lifting, carrying, stocking, and organizing automotive parts.
