Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
  • High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proficient skills in keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance
  • Effective communication and inerpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, data bases, and word processing
  • Follow good business practices and provide detailed and accurate work
Experience:
  • Three years secretarial experience, preferably in a public education environment

Salary
Minimum salary: $40,065 (226 days)
Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
Salary will be adjusted to your start date.
