Description

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Group Leader perform assembly tasks as assigned, efficiently and accurately and in a timely manner


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work on time and follow all time in/time out policies of the company.
  • Perform all assigned jobs per work order instructions.
  • Notify supervision if work instructions are not available, accurate or complete.
  • Keep work area/shop organized and picked up as required.
  • Complete all required time sheets and work orders each day.
  • Notify management when problems occur with equipment
  • Responsible for knowledge and adherence to all ERP procedures as regards production assembly.
  • Responsible for knowledge and adherence to, and promotion of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Responsible for adherence to and promotion of maximum safety standard, ensuring personal and fellow employees' safety by adhering to company safety rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for adherence to applicable ITAR regulations.
  • Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor.
Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Work Ethic:

Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Additional Requirements

  • Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
  • Candidates being considered for hire must pass a pre-employment background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data).
