Overview
Golden Key Group is seeking a Human Capital Analytics Expert to support advanced workforce analytics and data-driven decision making for government human capital programs. The role serves as a subject matter expert in data analytics, modeling, and visualization, supporting the analysis of workforce data and development of predictive insights to inform strategic human capital initiatives. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization for human capital programs.
Develop, modify, and maintain statistical and predictive analytic models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies.
Support sustainment and enhancement of Human Capital data ontologies and workforce data structures.
Coordinate with government IT services directorates to identify and resolve data issues such as migration, validation, and new data capabilities.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend process and performance improvements.
Ensure all analytic deliverables meet quality standards and contract performance requirements.
Communicate analytic findings and insights effectively to agency leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field from an accredited institution.
Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and modeling.
Demonstrated ability to perform independent data analysis and modeling with limited guidance.
