Job Title: Material Loader – Dock
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Springfield, MA
Job Description:
The Material Loader is responsible for loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting materials throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring production and shipping operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and production areas.
  • Move materials to designated locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage.
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
  • Assist shipping, receiving, and production departments as needed.
  • Follow workplace safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
