Company Information

  • We are a very employee oriented Millwork in the Berry Hill area of Nashville who is looking to find dedicated employees whom are looking for growth and tenure within an organization. We offer competitive pay and benefits to all. 

Basic Requirements

  • Must be able to work the required shift. (10am – 8:00pm) We leave when the job is complete, overtime is required if orders not complete by end of shift.
  • Must be on-time and prompt for working assignments
  • Must wear area specific PPE and follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Must be a team player and flexible in work assignments
  • Must be able to read/write
  • Must be able to use a tape measure
  • Millwork experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • The loader picks and audit orders by working from order sheets to build loads for transport, bulk and/or route trucks. 
  • They must learn the functions of each department, as they often work throughout the plant to gather the product.
  • They document what is being loaded for delivery
  • They must work as a team to accomplish task in a timely manner.
  • They maintain quality control standards by checking items as loading

Skills:

  • They must have excellent customer service skills. 
  • They are also required to be able to lift 50 lbs. 
  • They must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
  • They must be able to work under deadline pressure as organizational skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly.
  • They must strive to increase their knowledge of the product and the Millwork business.
