Job description

ERM seeks a Consulting Director, Cultural Heritage, based in Houston to lead North America initiatives in the IAP Practice. You will guide cultural heritage programs, oversee major NHPA and NEPA projects, and manage key energy-sector client relationships across the Gulf region.

Your role combines technical leadership, business development, and talent growth, mentoring multidisciplinary teams and advancing best practices across ERM's NA Cultural Heritage team.
