Job description

Position: CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets Attorney

Lovefreedom Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets Attorney to join our clients' team in Miami, FL. As a leading provider of legal services in the real estate industry, we are looking for a talented individual to help us continue to provide top-notch services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support for CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and advising on legal risks and implications

- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets to provide informed and strategic legal advice to clients

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs

- Assist with the development and maintenance of legal templates and standard forms

- Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise during transactions

- Provide guidance and training to junior attorneys and support staff as needed

- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

- Participate in business development activities and help expand the firm's client base

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- Active membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets transactions

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including securities laws, securities offerings, and real estate finance

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Experience in business development and client management is a plus
