About the Role
Bob Steele Salon is seeking a warm, polished, and professional Front Desk Associate to join our Guest Relations team. As the face of the salon, you'll create an exceptional first impression and ensure every client feels welcomed, cared for, and confident from check-in to checkout. Our Guest Relations team is the first face clients see-and the vibe you set matters. You'll be the go-to person for creating great first impressions, helping the day run smoothly, and making sure every guest feels like a VIP.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Check guests in/out accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • Restock and tidy product displays and retail shelves
  • Prepare and refresh the beverage area for guests
  • Conduct tours for first-time visitors to highlight services and amenities
  • Support service providers by pre-booking and recommending follow-up services
  • Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and support the call center as needed
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and involve management when necessary
  • Learn product lines (Aveda, Redken, Kerastase, Moroccan Oil, etc.) and make recommendations
  • Embrace a "Yes" attitude-delivering excellent guest service at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For

  • Willingness to arrive 30 minutes before opening for daily setup
