Job description

We are hiring a manager for Kent County, Delaware!!
Mid-Atlantic Services, A-Team Corp provides janitorial and environmental services to commercial buildings throughout the state of Delaware. If you are hard-working, motivated, dependable and trustworthy, then WE WANT TO MEET WITH YOU!!!
Job duties include, but not limited to:
  • Employee staffing and training
  • Disbursing, ordering and delivering supplies
  • Frequently checking with building supervisors
  • Performing building audits when needed
  • Ensure all buildings are cleaned to specifications
  • Staying informed with current chemicals and cleaning procedures
  • Be able to delegate, as needed.
  • Make sure staff are keeping company vehicles clean and clear for project work
  • Keep open communication with staff and fill shifts if employee calls out
Applicants MUST have:
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
  • Uploaded resume
  • Managerial experience
