The team is dedicated to compassionate care, clear communication, and high-quality service for every cat and client. Role Description The Part-Time Cat Care / Kennel Assistant supports the daily care and comfort of cats staying at The Cat Practice’s facility. This on-site role in Birmingham, MI includes feeding, watering, cleaning kennels and litter boxes, monitoring behavior and health, and reporting any concerns to veterinary staff. Responsibilities also involve maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, handling laundry for bedding and towels, and assisting with basic grooming or handling tasks as directed. The assistant will interact with clients in a professional, friendly manner when admitting or discharging cats and help ensure a calm, safe environment for all patients. This is a part-time position and may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
