Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts purchases
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Accurately identify, source, and order automotive parts
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments
  • Process parts returns, warranties, and special orders
  • Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous Auto Parts Counter, Parts Department, or Parts Retail experience is required
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
