Job Description

If your idea of sales is building relationships that open doors to dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of units, keep reading. Ken's Gutters is seeking an experienced sales professional to help us expand relationships with larger commercial clients, regional property management groups, multifamily portfolios, and national accounts. We already have a successful sales team focused on individual properties and inbound opportunities. Now we're looking for someone who can think bigger. Someone who understands how to identify key decision‑makers, build strategic relationships, and develop opportunities that create long‑term growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop relationships with regional and national property management companies
  • Identify and pursue portfolio‑wide service opportunities
  • Engage with regional managers, directors, asset managers, and executive decision‑makers
  • Create strategic partnerships and long‑term service agreementsExpand existing client relationships into larger business opportunities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Work directly with leadership to drive company growth
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account growth
  • Experience selling commercial services, facility services, maintenance programs, construction‑related services, or similar solutions
