Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Respond to internet leads in a timely manner
  • Answer internet customer initial questions
  • Transition internet sales leads to sales consultants and assist with follow-up
  • Manage and train internet sales team
  • Respond to email inquiries utilizing established procedures
  • Monitor staff productivity and quota levels and recommend training to improve results
  • Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments
  • Other duties as assigned

Here's what you'll need:
  • 2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environment
  • Prior experience in leading a team or internet department required
  • Previous sales floor experience a plus
  • Must be able to provide references upon request
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
