Janitorial Position – KCPC Correctional Facility (La Grange, KY)

Company: Intec Building Services

Location: KCPC Correctional Facility – La Grange, KY

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday–Friday, First Shift, with rotating weekends

Job Summary:

Intec Building Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the KCPC Correctional Facility. This is a critical role that supports a secure, professional environment in a high-security setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
  • Clean restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Refill supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)
  • Follow safety procedures and facility protocols at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a correctional environment
  • Complete duties under supervision and respond to supervisor instructions as needed
