KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Task Order Manager under the Air Force Acquisition Support Team.This is a full-time position to manage KBRs Information Analysis Center Multi-Award Contract supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Engineering Communication and Network Branch (AFLCMC/EZAC). This candidate will be required to manage cost, schedule, performance, resources, and risk to one or more Cost Plus or Time & Material contract(s) valued at $15M or higher.This is a supervisory position and is considered part of the local leadership team.Communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, track, and meet/exceed contract revenue/profit goals
  • Work with KBR's functional offices to ensure smooth execution of contract, sub-contract, invoices, pricing, and other Project/Program Management functions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with Government program manager, Alternate Contract Officer Representative (ACOR), and technical points of contact/project managers
  • Work closely with KBR program managers, directors, and executives to ensure timely reporting of issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Hiring, retaining, and managing a multi-functional team to meet contract and customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain a proactive project management plan
  • Maintain and set KBR's Quality Management System for Project Management goals and reporting
  • Meet assigned contract requirements
  • Work with KBR leadership to support strategic goals, pop-up projects and process improvement events
  • Provide significant support to future KBR proposals
  • Identify and pursue new work and new customers

Work Environment:

  • Location: Onsite, Warner Robins AFB, GA
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%; Limited travel may be required.
  • Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years' experience in program management, contract interpretation, budget development, and administration of government projects.
  • DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering, science, business administration
  • Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Experience working in AFLCMC
