Job description

We are looking to hire top tier baristas (bartenders welcome also!) but this is a bit of a unique job for the right person! While we do sell coffee, it is not our primary item BUT we find that baristas do really well here for a few reasons: We are non-alcoholic mixology bar that has a fast paced environment with unique & custom drink orders. We find that bartenders don't have the right attitude for our place as we are a community and we need caring people that want to work, better themselves and enjoy being around like minded people and are used to having daily regulars.

At Syndicate your customers come daily just like coffee shops. You get to sell healthy products, of which are all made in house. Everything we sell is made naturally by our dedicated BOH staff with minimal ingredients and no stabilizers or additives.

The best part is, you will making more money for less hours and work with much more freedom! When you bartend here, while you're working, it's your show. Your music, your vibe. You get paid an hourly plus service charge on everything sold PLUS over tips 100% go to you. Most of our staff have been here for years, we have very little turnover, we have been around for over 10 years and are expanding so there is more room for growth.
