Job Description: Store Manager (Hourly, Non Exempt, Tip Earning Eligible)

Location: Wichita, KS

Department: Retail Operations

Reports To: District/Area Manager

FLSA Status: Non Exempt (Hourly)

Tip Eligibility: Yes (while performing direct service duties)

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and elevated guest experience of a LaMarโ€™s Donuts and Coffee location.

This is a working manager role that actively participates in:

  • Guest service (front counter and drive thru)
  • Beverage and food production
  • Team support during peak periods
  • Because the Store Manager regularly performs the same duties as tipped employees, this role is eligible to earn tips while on the clock when engaged in direct customer service.

    Compensation

    Base Hourly Rate
  • $18.75 to $28.00 per hour
  • Bilingual Pay Differential
  • +$1.00 per hour for employees who: oSpeak English AND at least one additional language (besides Spanish, see below)
  • Are approved by management as actively using bilingual skills in the workplace oApplies to all hours worked (not just service time)
  • +$2.00 per hour for employees who: oSpeak English AND Spanish
