Job Description Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas. * Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads. * Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalate issues as needed. * Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning. * Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines. * Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews. * Act as PM designee when required. Required Qualifications * PMP certification (required). * 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs. * Strong operational management and coordination experience. * Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows. * Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions. * Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies.
