Job Description
Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Urology, Physician Assistant

Description:
Seeking two full-time providers for coverage in outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting.
Coverage will start in November and continue until permanent providers are hired.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Providers will be responsible for on-call coverage overnight and on weekends, with a 1:4 call rotation.
Assisting in surgeries will be part of the responsibilities, with at least one day per week dedicated to this.
The expected patient encounters per shift are 22.
Providers must be board certified and have an active DEA license.
This position does not require fellowship training or advanced trauma life support certification.
The facility has a trauma level 2 designation.
No pediatric level is required.
