Kellanova is looking for an Away From Home Sales Account Executive to help shape sustainable growth across Italy’s Away from Home (AFH) channels in a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid working 12-month fixed term contract role.
This role is built for someone who loves turning customer insight into smart, commercial action—bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the accounts that matter most. You’ll sit at the heart of a snacks-led powerhouse, where bold thinking and winning together are part of everyday life.
Working with the Italy sales team, you will define and deliver the customer plan that drives profitable, sustainable growth in line with Kellanova’s commercial strategy. You can be based anywhere in Italy, with connection points that keep collaboration strong and decisions fast. Compensation
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range of 37,520 - 51,010 Euro's. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay and general allowances. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in our core benefits, as well as a range of additional perks.
