  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Chef Cookbooks, Python, and Shell scripting for server provisioning, middleware configuration, patching, SSL certificate management, and operational tasks.
  • Build and enhance self-service platform capabilities to improve operational efficiency and developer experience.
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), including Kubernetes resources, Helm Charts, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Routes, Persistent Volumes, and containerized workloads.
  • Manage Kubernetes resources including Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, Services, Ingresses, Routes, and Operators.

  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Apache Tomcat and Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS) environments, including server.xml, context.xml, JVM settings, connectors, clustering, session management, security configurations, and application deployments.
  • Partner with application development teams to onboard, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize Java-based applications running on OpenShift and VM-hosted platforms.
  • Perform application startup analysis, thread dump analysis, heap dump analysis, garbage collection tuning, JVM performance optimization, log analysis, and troubleshooting of application connectivity, memory, SSL/TLS, and deployment-related issues.
  • Support middleware workloads hosted in AWS cloud environments, including deployment automation, upgrades, patching, and operational support.
  • Implement and manage SSL/TLS, mTLS, certificate lifecycle management, and security compliance controls across middleware platforms.
  • Configure and support observability solutions using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, and Dynatrace for monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, capacity planning, and platform health visibility.
  • Automate self‑healing, auto‑remediation, and operational resiliency capabilities to improve platform reliability and reduce manual intervention.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production issue resolution for Tomcat, Apache, Java, Spring Boot, and containerized applications.
  • Collaborate with Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud Engineering, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and standardized platform solutions.
