Position Overview

We are hiring hardworking, dependable people who can represent our company well, work at a high pace, and grow into leaders. This is not just a basic labor role. Junk Removal Technicians are expected to help drive daily operations, deliver a strong customer experience, protect property, and work with a leadership mindset on every job. If you like physical work, fast-moving days, accountability, and being part of a team that takes pride in what it does, this is a strong fit.

Schedule

Shift Monday-Saturday. Typically 4 to 5 10 hour shifts per week starting at 07:30AM.

Core Responsibilities

• Remove junk, debris, furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items from residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently.
• Continuously lift, carry, load, and maneuver heavy items throughout the day, including items up to 100 lbs with team support and proper technique as needed.
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience from arrival to job completion, including clear communication, respectful conduct, and care for the customer's property.
• Operate with a leader-ready mindset by helping keep the crew on task, moving efficiently, and upholding company standards on every job.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, repurposing, scrap, or disposal in alignment with company processes and landfill-diversion goals.
• Load trucks safely and strategically to protect items, equipment, people, and vehicle capacity.
• Complete daily work with urgency and attention to detail while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Help maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, tools, and work areas before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and direction from leadership while being adaptable to changing jobsite conditions.
• Support occasional long days, high-volume schedules, and varied job types as business demands require.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Able to work hard in a physically demanding role and stay productive throughout long shifts.
• Positive, respectful communicator who can interact well with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, in dirty environments, and in a wide range of weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean, professional appearance on the job.
• Previous experience in junk removal, moving, construction, demolition, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on labor is preferred but not required.
• Must be coachable and willing to grow into greater responsibility over time.
