We are seeking On-Site Network Operations Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations. This role is responsible for daily network operations, monitoring, incident handling, and coordination with senior engineers to ensure stable and secure network services.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network systems and infrastructure

  • Operate and maintain network equipment and circuits

  • Handle CSR (Customer Service Requests)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages

  • Perform equipment operation and configuration tasks

  • Prepare operational and incident reports

  • Support on-site network operations and maintenance activities
