We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Network Data team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery, lead a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations, audits, and training initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
    • Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
    • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
