.NET Developer (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW MANDATORY)

Scope of Services

Seeking a Software Engineer (.NET Developer) to support and enhance a portfolio of existing applications while contributing to ongoing modernization initiatives.

The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing applications, as well as providing post-production support to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing .NET-based applications.
  • Participate in application modernization efforts, including migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks and architectures.
  • Develop and enhance applications using .NET Core, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Support and maintain existing SSIS packages (no new development required).
  • Create and maintain SSRS reports as needed.
  • Implement UI components using Angular and Bootstrap CSS to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, and deployment processes.
  • Support authentication and security integration using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with .NET Core / C# development
  • Experience with Angular (modern versions)
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards)
  • Experience with SSRS reporting
  • Experience supporting or maintaining SSIS packages
  • Experience with Bootstrap CSS / responsive UI design
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support production applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
