As part of the P&C Insurance Operations team, you are expected to design, develop, modify, and deploy software using proven programming concepts and practices. As a Manager, you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be accountable for making sure project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.

- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing or claims preferred
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, and Billing applications)
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Express, Server, User Admin, and TransAct
- Experience in designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software
- Skilled in planning, designing, and maintaining Duck Creek user interfaces
- Ability to lead a team of developers and work with onshore & offshore teams
- Proficiency in architecting and creating solution designs
- Skilled background in developing unit tests for testing business logic

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
