UI Designer II
Location: Stamford, Connecticut (On-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking a UI Designer to improve the user interface of products, making them easier and more enjoyable to use. This role involves working with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine market preferences and implement changes. The position is central to a team responsible for implementing the next generation of digital customer communications, focusing on a new email implementation project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create wireframes for products.
  • Develop and test prototypes with end-users to ensure usability.
  • Introduce modifications based on testing feedback and iterate until the product is optimized.
  • Collaborate within a team while managing individual responsibilities and meeting time constraints.
  • Evaluate product success and customer feedback post-launch to inform future editions.
  • Dedicate approximately 70% of time to UX/UI, visual, and email design, and 30% to motion design.
Required Qualifications
A portfolio of previous work is necessary for consideration.
Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related computer field is generally required. Experience may be substituted for education in some cases.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in UX/UI, visual design, email design, and motion design. Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD, and CSS is necessary.
